Intombie Young Women In Business Awards

October 27, 2017

The votes are in, weeks are becoming days and days are slowly turning to hours and minutes. Ladies and Gentlemen Intombie Young Woman In Business Awards are upon us and this year Bulawayo makes history as we once again gets to host the second award ceremony this year.

Well these ones are a bit different in the sense that they aim at celebrating, promoting and uplifting women in business, those ladies who spend sleepless nights hustling and grinding so hard to perfect their crafts. Unfortunately the voting lines have been closed but fortunately for you the tickets are still available and you can come and join us as it is going to be a night to remember. This event will be hosted by one of Southern Africa’s most handsome gentleman Lesley Musina all the way from South Africa and my all time favorite personality Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa and will be hosted on the 4th of November 2017 at the Nesbit Castle in Hillside Bulawayo and are scheduled to start at 6pm.

I think what I like most about award ceremonies and events like these is the fact that people get to dress up and look really good. The theme for this event is Evening Glamour and guys are strictly required to rock their Tuxedos. Most of those that know me will tell you that I respect the red carpet so much that I cannot deal with people that cannot dress up for it.

I am too excited at the fact that I am going to be hosting the red carpet alongside the beautiful Bulawayo Sweetheart and also get to be on the fashion Police Panel with my favorite fashion blogger Emma Nxumalo and The Mongolian Teletubbie . All this action will be live on our Twitter Feeds during the event and also on the #ByoBloggers Page. This is the first time something like this happens in our city and I’m excited about it, I cannot wait for the awards day. I still do not know what I’ll wear, Bulawayo designers, can you hear me? (Lol)
